In this hands-on class, I will show you how to combine great nutrition with exceptional flavor in a variety of dishes that really pack a punch. You'll learn techniques for cooking grains, how to make a homemade pesto and summer hummus, plus simple dishes that can be put together in a pinch. Together, we'll incorporate seasonal vegetables, bright herbs and seasoning to create delicious, nutritious and satisfying dishes you and your family can enjoy anytime, without guilt.
