I offer an assortment of cooking classes so you can discover news foods, learn basic techniques, and get you back into what was once called the "Heart of The Home", the kitchen. 

I feature mostly vegetarian menus, some seafood, organic chicken and eggs and occasional grass-fed antibiotic and hormone-free meat and dairy. I'll give you the tools to prepare whole fresh, natural foods that are easy and simple to make, even with the busiest schedule. 

My classes will teach you to:

  • Eat more healthfully
  • Eat to increase energy and vitality
  • Learn to eat seasonally
  • Season food with a variety of heath benefiting spices
  • Choose and prepare health-supportive meals
  • Add variety in the kitchen and never get stuck making the same dishes over and over again
  • Prepare One-Pot Dishes
  • Prepare meals in 30 minutes so you can spend less time cooking and more time doing what you love! 
  • Understand the nutritional information and benefits of the food we cook


We’ll work together one-on-one in your kitchen (or mine) to learn basic techniques and healthy meals you can make again and again. Classes are 90 minutes and I'll provide you with hands on cooking tips and instruction.  Service only provided for those living in New York City or Westchester.
