Wild Blueberry Avocado Green Smoothie






I love having a smoothie for breakfast but I often don't have the time to make them during the work week, so on the weekends I enjoy playing around with new recipes. This smoothie is pretty delicious and very healthy for you!  The blueberries, spinach, and honey are full of antioxidants and are loaded with natural vitamins. The avocado will provide you with potassium,  fiber, and healthy fats that are easily burned for energy so you can tackle all your weekend errands!  Don't be fooled into thinking that the combination of spinach and avocado won't taste good, because it does, trust me! This weekend give this super smoothie a try, it will fill you up, give you energy, and you will feel great about all the nutrients you're sucking up right through the straw.

R E C I P E: 

1/2 Avocado
1 cup spinach packed tightly
2 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 cup Almond Milk

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend well and drink immediately for best results and taste. Enjoy!
