Vitamin Water

Did you know that the Institute of Medicine recently determinded that adequate intake of water for men is roughly 13 cups and approximatly 9 cups for woman? Deciding to drink more water is easy. Following through is the tough part. To make it more palatable, try spiking your water with fresh fruits, veggies, and herbs. This handy water bottle has an integrated grinder that allows you to easily make your own vitamin-enriched water, you start by adding fresh fruits, veggies and herbs to the compartment in the base of the bottle, then twist the bottom cap to pulverize the ingredients. A few shakes and Voila, homemade non aritficial vitamin water!
